Point well made Ben and Dave. There is nothing more constant than change and I suppose we have been fortunate to have had stability of rules and regulation for the past few years.

I dare say there will be some of the changes that will be immovable (I guess the loss of the heat and the the second successive year of entry fee increase) however, it is a driver's championship provided by KNE and it would be a travesty to the legacy created by the series founder if the view of drivers (and therefore customers) were not considered.

Without sounding too patronising can I suggest that comments to KNE be constructive. Yes we all enjoy a good moan but positive suggestion will be better received.

From my part I have also made appropriate representation and shall report the outcome in due course. Like many I am not keen on the points distribution for the first and last two rounds. I consider anyone serious in doing the championship will compete in all the rounds they can and that each round should continue to have equal weighting. How many on our grid actually achieved the extra 10 points last year and the Championship went down to the end and the year before with Welshy and Whitey it was exactly the same. In fact I would go as far as doing away with the extra 10 points but regardless as I cannot compete in the first round through no fault of my own I would be stuffed before the season even starts (long story). Bet I am not alone.

Dave, can you share your concerns?
