One small point. The scales at the circuit are the ones the scruts will go by. So even if you weigh the kart at home and it differs from the scales at the circuit....you are wrong.

Just take a couple of kilo's spare to each circuit and adjust as required after weighing.

Also I always work out what the weight after a race should be and add a kilo. Only because the kids play, get nervous (in the loo), sometimes don't eat and get lighter. I've seen too many dad's caught (innocently) by that one.
