Why do Juniors need to be slower than seniors?
The class we race, the Juniors have the same outfit as the seniors except 30kg less weight. The quick juniors are up to 2 seconds faster than the seniors, but so what? The lap time is irrelevent, what counts is that everybody has the same potential and we all know what the problem is there. The bigger sprint racing in prokarts gets, the bigger the festering cancer of overtly sold SP engines becomes. It's a contradiction in the principle of the class, IMO. It would certainly make me think twice about the class, far more than the shape of the bodywork.
