ive got an intrepid chassis (right hand side).
engine is easy enough to mount, but you will have to run the clutch out board, which makes mounting the chain guard tricky and you will have to cut it up a bit to fit.
make sure your axle has the extra key way machining for the sprocket carrier.
we use split sprockets but we bolt them on using six bolts rather than the normal three and we have never had a problem.
what you will find though is you have to set the rear track wider to get grip.
i think this is due to the hondas extra weight.
the honda zip chassis is very hard to set up and i was told this is due to the narrow track.
