Not driven at Lydd but my experienceon mk2 was in the main on sl1s. Castor was typically 17-18 degrees with ride height with the spacer and a half at the top. 30mm front spacers, 2mm toe out and zero camber (you might have to bend the stubs back to achieve this) with130mm front rims. Rear 145mm on 180mm rims, 135mm on 200mm rims. Rear bumper should be nipped on the rubbers and the middle bearing should be tight. Tyre pressure will be surface dependent but 18-22psi worked at most places
