It should take a day MAX, if the club sends them to the UK Karting peoples then you can see all the Data from the day including all your lap times in every race.

Only problem to get it to UK Karting is it needs to be emailed.

Ask someone castree to put it on to a flash card and you can send it right after the race so its showing on UK Karting the following morning :)
