Hi Alex I have to admit that I much prefer 2 stroke to the 4 stroke but its a different driving challenge and style so they are both fun in different ways.

In another post you asked someone what he meant by "speed isn't everything". Its the challenge of the drive rather than the outright top speed. Consider this a most top quality German saloons such from Mercedes or BMW, excluding the M or the AMG versions, are far quicker than a Lotus 7 when it comes to straightline speed but most people would agree that throwing a Lotus or Caterham round a track is far more fun than just experiencing a high speed. If you want the highest speed might as well just get on a plane lol.

Over the next few weeks I'll be at Tilbury with both my Max and a twin engine prokart so if you are near Lakeside feel free if you want to pop down and have a go of both back to back to decide.

Matt
