Good grief..... it's THAT simple, is it?
What in god's name have we been DOING all these years... spending all this money on expensive courts, lawyers, judges. Having our lawyers and judges go to special training 'schools' and studying fopr YEARS, writing expensive books building court houses.... etc., etc., etc....... when A*L*L we needed to do was to create a web site and have ONE person post ONE side of a story for the rest of us to be able to JUDGE the case.....
This new system is SO fast and SO simple.... it's MAGNIFICENT!
We have completely eliminated the need for hearing the OTHER SIDE of the matter or any OTHER of the TEDIOUS part of trying to be F*A*I*R to both sides in a case.....
I'll get down to the Old Bailey today and tell them, today.... they'll be SO pleased!
On the other hand...... perhaps I ought to speak to those who HAVE suffered from Kangaroo Courts and from VIGILANTIES to get THEIR view of this...... .....
.....nah..
.... why bother......?
This method is MUCH better!

Booty..... the courts DO give you the permission to make such statements.... so long as you are willing to take the risk of being sued in return for defamation. I suspect this wil be your first attempt to defend yourself...... good luck!
Perhaps you might like to review the concept of being able to P**R**O**V**E those conversations with the other bloke and whether your witnesses count as INDEPENDENT in this matter. You need to remember, in a 'defamatiuon' case..... he does NOT have to prove what he said..... you have to PROVE what he said. Obviously, you have his sworn statements carefully typed and signed by independent witnesses? No?..... well, you have a tape recordings or a videos of the discussions....? No?.... Welllll..... at least, everything was done in WRITING, not casual conversations? No...? At least, I am absolutely POSITIVE you made a DATED and TIMED note of the conversations at the time of them, like the Police do.......? I mean, you can positively PROVE that he never said to you, as you collected it, 'of course, I am so pleased that you don't mind that it's not the year I mistakenly placed in the advert as the chassis is in SUCH good condition'.
Well..... whatever it is, I am SO pleased that you are willing to take the risk..... of having your life ruined by trying to defend a suit of defamation. You are a braver man than I am, sir! Or perhaps, more foolish.....

My comment was to OTHERS who feel that, with NO POSSIBILITY that T*H*E*Y have seen or heard 'your evidence'.... that T*H*E*Y are able to DECIDE and to make derogatory remarks... and THREATS.... to the other 'guy'!
Yours..... staggered....
