My understanding is:

Clubman is part of the supplementary regulations for a particular club, where a rule is applied that any competitor can purchase an engine raced by another competitor for Ł500. If that competitor refuses to sell then they will be disqualified from the clubman championship. Buckmore and Bayford plus I think Lydd operate these championships but their might be more?

Suggest you check with club you plan to race at to check out my understanding.
