As Per MSA Rules in Kart Book & 2011 year book Col,

Older karts will need the Lugs moving/adding new ones to fit the side current side rails.
you can even down load all the Pics/sizes/rules off the MSA web site now .

If you cannot get them, I can email you them all as PDF,s
