Your right I dont race anymore, but i do keep up to date on the forums and visited PF a few months ago if you remember, i think it was when Whitey won, and i think the current numbers in the Pro grid say alot for peoples oppinion of PF.

Yes there are 70+ people there but i'd guess about 55 of these entries are in the rookie or clubman class. Theres been comments all year about the quality of the marshalling and the running of the events by Adrian and if i'm honest it was hardly great whilst I was racing there.

You say its the drivers championship and Adrian's open to our ideas? Is that why saturday night practice was scrapped and more and more hire kart races were crammed in on the morning of the event, reduced numbers of laps etc? Is there a scrutineer at every event like I know was requested several times?

With regards the rules and regs of the series which is what this thread was originally about i'm pretty certain there are some on pfiprokart, allthough havent checked if there up to date. Its up to Adrian as the organiser to enforce these, however from my experience in the past he never seems to apply the penalties when they need to be applied, or adjusts the rules to keep people happy. It may be just that, that Adrian just wants to keep everyone happy and theres nothing wrong with that, but in a race series rules need to be adhered to. There have been several incidents that i'm aware of when the best thing he could have done was just make a decision, the 2007 situation was ridiculous and it should never have been allowed to come to what it did (please dont think i'm dragging up history here as its just an example, it should never have happened imo), there's also been incidents with illegal engines and people being allowed to use DQ's as dropped rounds, in the past thats never been the case, and now the current situation here. All Adrian simply needs to do is make a decision, whereas all this trying to cater for everyone and having no winners or joint winners imo has a negative impact on the series.

I think the depth of the Pro grid says everything, i'm not taking anything away from the current drivers and you yourself are an excellent driver Steve, but dont you think theres a reason so many of the other top drivers race in other series around the country?
