remember to "back-bleed" your system. once you are satisfied you have removed all trapped air, pump the pistons out very far [ best to fit a VERY worn pair of pads for this purpose ] . now with the resevoir cap/bellows removed, gently push the pistons both back into the caliper by hand [ or VERY carefully with a screwdriver between pads and disc ] ... see how the air bubbles appear in the resevoir fluid ?.. "and you thought you removed all the air" ! . repeat the process untill you are convinced all air is expelled.
