3 Sisters, rain, slicks... Advice?

OK, so my karting experience to date includes one arrive n drive endurance race and a sprint race both at 3 sisters. The only wet driving I did was in practice for the endurance race. I was out two or three laps before spinning at the end of conrod when someone did exactly the same thing, scrubbed no speed off and piled straight in to me breaking the kart and ending our practice\quali session.

Before being written off there were 3 ways I would go round each corner... Way too slow, too fast (spin) or too fast (turn in and go straight on).

Soooo does anybody have any advice because knowing our luck we'll turn up in October to find it chucking down with rain and I have to admit I don't have a great deal of confidence on slicks in the wet yet?
