Yep, a big problem with '09 MS chassis with the EVO style nose cone. Maximum ground clearence must be no more than 6 cm.

You can fix this by pushing the bottom bracket further into the chassis, drilling 2 new holes and re-bolt it, then alter the length of the top braacket to make the bottom plane of the nosecone level.
