I am not familiar with the Biz chassis so can't be too specific.

Tyipcally front rims for slicks will be either 120mm or 130mm. Some chassis are not suited to the narrower rim (7Kart for example). At the rear it is typically 180mm or 200mm. Again an aspect of this will be chassis dependent but less so than the front as it can come down to driver preference. Simply switching from one to the other will have an impact on handling but take care to try to find an adjusted set up to suit the wider rim as it may require rear width to be altered at the same time.

Best advice would be to contact Biz and simply ask what they recommend.
