just got myself a mychron4 and trying to set it up without going to the track. I have got the rpm working but i am trying to test that the magnetic sensor is working to give me my lap times. I have ran a magnetic tray over the sensor and it doesnt seem to do anything, is this the correct way to test it without going to the track. Do i need to press a button to set it going? or start a session. Thank you
