Me and a mate bought a pro kart with JJ engines in October last year and at the time both engines fired up first time and ran with no problems.

My mate took the kart for a test run a couple of months later and it ran fine but he emptied the tank completely so I can only assume that pulled some gunk from the bottom of the tank through the engines.

Since then one of the engines hasn't been starting. It doesn't seem to be pulling fuel through the line... If we put some fuel directly in to the carb it will start and run until that fuel is burnt off and then cut out.

We thought that the jets in the carb might be blocked so have stripped and cleaned it but still no joy.

Any idea's?
