'Shaft size hole' washer goes on crank first (this stops the small chamfer on the crank splitting the clutch hub) next fit clutch and key.
then I fit the bolt with a spring washer, large washer then enough plain M8 wahers to allow a small amount of compression on the clutch hub when the bolt is tightened. This method works for me after having the bolt coming loose. You can use loctite screw lock on the thread but I find the spring washer does the job. hope this helps
