Yes, its best to stick with the Honda STD pump, even though now plastic and you cannot open them up, fit upside down as well to stop any oil building up inside them, clean the pulse line when its showing any oil in it.

Pay £50 to stop any problems.

As Ferd said.
GX160 Parts are a good place to buy Honda parts.
