hi d-i-y71, portable dynos...

using a dyno could be very useful but setting the max figure or allowable area under the curve would be the difficult part.

Who would set the limits and what would be the chosen kit?

If an engine was outside the limits it would then bring the calibration of other dynos into question.

Until the storm settled, and everyone calibrated the same, there would be long drawn out challenges in my view.
