Yes best way is to check the exhaust outlet, black jet down sandy jet up. You can check the plug as well , but quick and easy to slide the exhaust off the outlet pipe.

As a rule of thumb
You will feel burbling or hesitation out of corners if jetting too high and holding back on the straights if too low.

We had one engine carb combo that would only perform with a 130 jet even after a carb rebuild.
