The scrutineer identified that several emulsion tubes had an unusual mark on some, but not all, of the holes. It wasn't also on all carbs on each kart which was why he has chosen to investigate further. All other aspects of the carbs checked were found to be fine.

Emulsion stubs were all sealed and retained and provisional results was the correct decision.
