I think you will find rotax needs rebuilding at 25 hours due to bottom bearing failure.

The other advantages with four stroke are
no mixing of fuel
no messing with jets
no power valve issues
quieter exhaust sound
lots of bottom end grunt
easier for newbies to learn how to drive

& Im sure there are other advantages that I can't think of
