I think there should be some incentive to get those cadet drivers/fathers, into Junior 4/S or maybe as Carla said if this offer had been promoted earlier ?
Personally we have only budgeted for a season in F6 this year, but would love to do S1 in the future providing the entry costs etc don't keep increasing so rapidly.
