Well yeh I kinda feel that way because I haven't seen much happen since I started doing it, with regards to REALLY getting a bunch of cadets onboard for jnr 4/s or just general new blood! Also when I said "It doesn't seem to be kicking off" I mean I haven't heard of many people jumping at the chance to snap up this hire deal.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good idea, but I'd have been slightly more positive about if it'd been brought in and promoted as an offer after the last S1 round in 2009.
