You don't need to run the right hand clutch inboard - I never have yet!! Also, if you don't, you only need one spare clutch because they're both identical......
Try trimming the chainguards if they are rubbing.
I just use the Kartsmart ones - always done the job for me, and I just run two of the narrow ones most of the time.
