They're not difficult.
Take the circlip off from the sprocket side; slide the shoes out as a unit; remove the springs; (I find putting them in a vice and using long nose pliers for both removal and replacement works well.) Change the settings so that if you were looking through the clutch from the sprocket side they are how you want them (I agree with Graham by the way)then put everything back together, not forgetting the thrust washer between the shoes and the clutch body - simples!!
