congratulations to all those who managed to keep it on the black stuff all day(respect)there was some seriously quick drivers there today.
as for an awsome day mine was not,really struggled with new wets and could not get the performance experienced of late,can only think i suffered from a very poor set of tyres,at last meeting i ran on new wets by heat four i had had the best out them and they were at best a good set of inters,today i have ran all day and i think they are still good for the rest of the season,they must be rock hard.any one else had the same problems or if not where do you go for your tyres and how do you tell if you have a good set or do you request a certain batch no?people have asked where i store mine, i have allways kept them in the garage and never had any problems,the new set were even kept in a drawer with my overalls etc after trev advised protecting them from the cold.
enough whinging though,still had fun, great to see such a grid this early in the season looks like we are going to have a very competitive championship.
