Depends on what carb and fuel pump you are using , but the 3rd one is the return flow , after the pulse pump you should have a Y connector , 1 part goes to the carb , the other to the return pipe back into the fuel tank. There is usually a restrictor of some kind the return leg to ensure correct pressure at the carb
. In TKM 4s we have a carb jet in this line to restrict the flow.
