Thanks for your suggestions chaps. I didn't realise that it was a standardised thing, good to know that there are plenty of options.

Kart Components did actually get back to me and they sell a kit for Ł40 + VAT that includes all fittings and both 'U bend' hose and the 1.3m hose from the Master Cylinder to the Caliper.

I think we'll have a look at the condition of the brake system and see if we need the fittings or if we can use the ones we have, and maybe just buy some Venhill pipe.
