hey mate,
yeah bilands can run within their open class, which allows any 2 or 4 stroke kart to race. its a new class, and handicaps will be put in place ect. . . if you go on the link, http://forum.stretton2000.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=354
all information for 2010 is on there. . .
