Little Tip,

any if not all Bolts/Nuts and other fixings should be undone re tightened up from time to time including brake parts, as you have found out.

Including the Clutch, this can get welded to the Crank shaft with a super small amount of Rust.

Cables also should be taken off if not used over the winter and put into WD40 with Slick50.

Its quite good to wash your kart after washing with WD40, dont buy cans, its all air !!!, buy Gallons, its cheaper.

Chains, wash every meeting, theses will last 30 /60+++++ hrs if cleaned and re greased .

Even Undo the Disc bolts clean, Oil , every little bit of the Kart should be Super clean and free from the Rust, lighty Oil and part you can think about.

That is alot for a Sat night.

Happy Christmas

Cheers
Trev
