If you are referring to the brass air screw if is between 1.5 and 2.5 turns out.

With teh engine on fast idle (say 2000 revs) you should listen to the engine revs as you screw this out (it should stall when fully in). you will hear the revs pick up a little at the optimum point and drift down again once past it.
