Not good news, sorry.

The Plastice ones cannot be repaired without a lot of messing about, so its better just to fit New ones.

But you should fit upside down so any small amount of oil getting into the pump can dip out of the brass gauze, you should also have a loop/good size bend in the pulse pipe to the pump , this should catch all the oil and clean if you see oil in it.

Replacment, either GX160.com
or Karts Parts direct on Ye Old ebay, just buy the best pump you can aford, but its always better if you have the £££ NOT TO FIT CHEAP PLASTIC PUMPS.

Good luck, dont forget to fit a pump to each engine.
