In terms of fitting the engine all the GX160 cranks are the same. However there are various output shafts. The most common are 19.05mm 3/4" (Q) and 20mm (S) straight. Either of these have clutches available to bolt straight on.

The other two main shafts are 15.7mm 5/8'' threaded (T) and the tapered (V) shaft. If you have access to a machine shop, either of these can be easily adapted to take a clutch.
