Looks like you have done the obvious.

The poping noise might be from the valve in the rocker cover.

Otherwise keep swapping parts - I would look at the coil next - check the air gap at 0.2mm and/or swap it out for a good one (but I assume the valve clearances are ok and the valves move freely in their guids?)
