Some of it will in time but it will still have collected in the carb and the head.

You will have to flush out the carb - the oil will get into every little port and jet - and if it starts (remember to add oil for any that is lost) it will burn blue smoke for ages. Never mind anything that might have got into the exhaust!!

In my view I would strip the head and the carb and clean with loads of petrol and carb cleaner, top up the oil, fire it up and make sure the neighbor's don't have their washing out.
