The .50 oversize T spec gives about the same gain as the change to UT1 spec piston. So if you put in oversize UT1 pistons you should get double the difference.

To compare on a GX120 the very best I've seen on a standard bore peaked at 5.4hp, while the one good .50 oversize engine I've tested, made over 5.6hp with a very flat curve. In fact it made over 5.4hp for some 2000rpm.
