This will depend on what you are trying to acheive. If you are simply trying to squeeze as much out of a little GX160 as possible for a bit of fun then you want an old K spec head on a UT priston. Compression will increase massively. And if you are doing that you and smooth off all the rough edges and ports to smooth the gas flow.

If you are looking at doing something with the Honda regs you are looking for a head with the shallowest volume and giving the best seal with the valves. There have been good batches of heads in E T and UT throughout production of these motors so just finding a good one is luck but the difference between the current UT heads is nowhere near as great as the older models.
