Sounds like you need to put some locktite on the stud when you put it back into the hub blue or preferably red.

We had the same issue with our MS kart. It is a very tight fit. YOu need to grab hold of the chassis and push it into the A frame with your feet - taking care not to mis-shape the tank - it does go in - honest but very t ight.
