210mm was what MS Lucas used with Kartlines for the 24 hour at Teesside. 7karts would run 200mm rims as standard for most tyres.

You will notice a difference with 5mm as well - it is all about the correct set up for your chassis. 7Karts (again) just don't work with anything other than 130mm fronts in the dry.
