we run a LRG Honda cadet kart, most we come in at the rear is 25mm in the wet...right out in the dry, wide at the front end in the wet, 5-10mm in the dry. (no rear grip could be too much front end grip)

tighten everything up on the wet..loosen it in the dry (opposite from most karts)...experament with different setups...what works for us might not work for you.

dont know how much lead you are running, we were carrying 11kg (5kg behind fuel tank under front of seat, 2/2kg blocks on seat and 2/2kg bocks on floor tray at pedal blocks, try to spread the weight)
