How cheap do you want your fun? When you can buy a loncin clone for about Ł100. If it only gives you 10 hours before letting go, so what. However if you look after it, gear it for a max of about 5,800rpm, it will probably still be going long after you've got bored of going round and round the same track and have moved on to something else.
