Dont fret,
there is very few karts with all the brackets and mounts set even, Seats are normally set at unusual positions and tyres often wear uneven ( especially on the inner edges).
Just bolt the old girl together and go have some fun laps. If there is anything seriously wrong it will show up as poor handling etc.
