RPM has a flat bed for fixing Karts, Also "H" at MS Kart could help, give them a call to see if its possible, but I am sure you will have to take it to them.

or do it your self with precision block spirit levels, and a big bar !!.
Ask your mates round for a beer, your need 3 or 4 mates as well. :)
