nothing Tom. You will always get a bit of the powdercoat that wears off with the engines being taken on and off and re-gearing. I have seen someone trying to use tank tape but to be honest it looked worse than the coating wear and would imagine that it could simply present problems with engine alignment.

Where did you get your chassis from in the end?
