Yes , but if you drink filter coffee, you will know you always have a very fine GRIT in the bottom of the cup if you let it stand, Totaly no use for Oil.

Cheap on ebay, ??.

but I am sure 90% of peoples will just buy new oil.

Use Coffee Filters and you could be just putting a very fine grinding past back into your engine and you cannot filter oil well unless it is warm and under pressure.

Alkyl benzines are known carcinogens, you can't get rid of by filtering.
