Fair point about new bearings... Will give it another go after some laps.

I think there is some level of movement/adjustability in the position of the bearing carrier where it bolts on the frame. Maybe 2mm at most. Wonder how difficult it is to set all 3 up perfectly in line so the axle isn't sitting wrong.
