Pretty familiar with a 7Kart.

Base set up (for Dunlops/Bridgestone) 18 degrees castor, 25mm front spacers (inside) 145mm rear width from the bearing carrier to the face of the hub (on 180mm rims) bumper nipped on the rubbers. The 7Karts only work with 130mm fronts - not sure if that is the same on a Stratos.
