I'm aiming join the prokart masses at warden law and had couple of questions;

what standard of helmet do i need. i have seen ones with a snell2005 from dartford kart shop, how long these helmets be legal/in homligation?

If the oil is drained from the sumps of a prokart is it possible to store it at 40 degree angle nose down?

i watched the last round at warden law and noticed when drivers are 'out of the race' they have to stand with the marshalls, someone then appears from the pits with their trolley after the race.
As i will mainly be going to the circuit alone with no pit crew i would have to walk to the pits after the race to get the trolley then walk back to the kart, then back to pits again.
Would this be allowed as it would take ages and hold up play.
I ask cos when i did rotax years ago you could walk back to the pits during the race.

other thing is, massive subject but is there any quick tips on purchasing a 2nd hand prokart?
i'm aiming for a wright,ms,7kart. 06-08. and in two months have a budget of £1700-£2000.

thanks in advance.
